Development: Site and feasibility analysis, coordination of project concept and design, governmental approvals, financing, construction, supervision, leasing and marketing of the property and investment.

Construction: Commercial, heavy construction, engineering construction, industrial, concrete and tilt-up concrete and residential construction projects. General Contractor License #408893.

Consulting: A wide range of services available to clients in all areas of construction, business, marketing, contracting, fee development, financial analysis, real estate investments, business operations, procedure and best practices.

Acquisition and Development

Product and geographic selectivity are the cornerstones of our building and business strategy. The firm researches and pursues certain projects that meet or exceed our internal requirements for demographic quality, marketability, safety, and return on investment. Additionally, the company works to procure those qualified projects that will benefit from advantageous financing and professional management expertise.

Mr. Potter has been active in real estate, construction and development for over 20 years. He participated in structuring and coordinating the following construction projects, land development, housing tracts and developments, as well as investment real estate projects for his own account, various partnerships and clients.

Construction

Licensed and experienced in engineering and heavy construction, commercial, industrial, land development and residential construction, each construction project is carefully analyzed to determine whether it is best performed in-house, by independent subcontractor, or a combination of the two.

When it is in the project’s best interest to do so, we will provide the superintendents to oversee all or any part of the construction process. This hands-on approach reflects a basic fundamental of our operating philosophy.

Mr. Potter received his California General Contracting License in 1981.

Consulting

Tigre Investment Company is also available on a consulting basis for assistance with problems and questions presented by the construction, business and real estate marketplace. The increasing complexity of construction, business and real estate transactions and recognition of real estate as an investment vehicle has made the service we render an important resource for individuals, investors, corporations, developers and financial institutions.

As a professional practice, we provide objective, unbiased advice and guidance to client’s requirements. We provide responsible and imaginative input in business operating, policy and procedure, construction, valuing, buying, selling, developing, leasing or financing real estate opportunities.

Property Management

To complement the construction, acquisition and development of income-producing properties, Tigre Investment Company offers services enabling clients to enjoy maximum returns from property ownership. We can assume total responsibility for operations, negotiations and structuring of favorable tenant leases, construction and tenant improvements, selection of efficient vendor services, prompt collection of rents, disbursement of funds, and preparation of periodic financial reports.

We apply our financial systems with one objective in mind — enhancement of property value. This goal is one that we believe is the best indication of a successful real estate investment.
