We are a DBE certified full-service general contractor with 40+ years of real estate development expertise. With a strong track record and extensive experience, we have successfully developed over 4 million square feet of various types of properties including industrial, apartments, retail, self-storage, residential, and land development.

Tigre Investment Company team members offer transportation and infrastructure services throughout Southern California by providing strategy/funding support, project management, program management and construction management. Representative projects include freeway interchanges, grade separations, bridges, streets/highways, electrical power distribution, water and wastewater facilities, drainage & pump stations, and telecommunications construction.

Coming from a 157-year-old California farming family, Jeffery’s upbringing in Bakersfield instilled in him a deep appreciation for hard work and the value of family heritage.

After graduating from USC, Jeffery was employed by one of the largest engineering contractors in the US, Superior Gunite. Jeffery became the protégé of the owner of the company. The owner mentored Jeffery in real estate development and construction.

We have created and developed over 4 million square feet of commercial real estate projects. We’ve owned, built, developed, and operated properties, consisting of industrial, apartments, retail, self-storage, residential, and land development. Some of the projects include a city block-long 332,000-square-foot industrial building, and +300 multifamily units.
