Jeffery Potter grew up in Bakersfield, California where his family farmed for over 80 years, built roads and help contribute to the growth of California. After attending USC Marshall School of Business and USC Master Real Estate Development, Jeffery went off to work in the heavy construction business for the largest gunite contractor in the US. Thereafter, he worked for developers in Newport Beach with financial partners including a division of American Express. His real education came about while working for himself for the past 30 years as, contractor, advisor and owner – builder of residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Southwest.  Jeffery knows the business from the ground up and he knows the numbers associated with construction , development and best business practices.
