ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Potter, Manager for TIGRE INVESTMENT COMPANY, LLC has been active in real estate, construction and development for the past 32 years. He participated in structuring and coordinating the following construction projects, land development, housing tracts and developments, investment real estate projects for his own account, various partnerships and clients.
CONSTRUCTION
Licensed and experienced in engineering and heavy construction, commercial, industrial, land development and residential construction, we have the capability of acting as Certified DBE Sub Contractor. Each construction project is carefully analyzed to determine whether it is best performed in-house, by independent sub contractor, or a combination of the two.
When it is in the project's best interest to do so, we will provide the superintendents to oversee all or any part of the construction process. This hands-on approach reflects a basic fundamental of our operating philosophy.
Mr. Potter received his California General Contracting License in 1981. License Number: 408893, B – 1 and C-8. Mr. Potter has acted as the builder/developer for most of the partnership projects.
CONSULTING
