TIGRE INVESTMENT COMPANY, LLC is a Texas based builder, contractor and DBE.  Mr. Potter is the CEO for the day – to – day operations and acts as Senior Marketing Director.

Tigre Investment Company, LLC is a Texas Limited Liability Company that performs subcontracting, construction, business consulting, business operations, commercial-investment real estate expertise and land planning and fee development services.

The day-to-day management of the company is Jeffery W. Potter. Tigre’s corporate offices are in Dallas, Texas.

ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT

The firm researches and pursues those certain projects that meet or exceed our internal requirements for demographic quality, marketability, safety and return on investment. Additionally, the company works to procure those qualified projects that will benefit from advantageous financing and professional management expertise.

Mr. Potter, Manager for TIGRE INVESTMENT COMPANY, LLC has been active in real estate, construction and development for the past 32 years. He participated in structuring and coordinating the following construction projects, land development, housing tracts and developments, investment real estate projects for his own account, various partnerships and clients.

CONSTRUCTION

Licensed and experienced in engineering and heavy construction, commercial, industrial, land development and residential construction, we have the capability of acting as Certified DBE Sub Contractor. Each construction project is carefully analyzed to determine whether it is best performed in-house, by independent sub contractor, or a combination of the two.

When it is in the project's best interest to do so, we will provide the superintendents to oversee all or any part of the construction process. This hands-on approach reflects a basic fundamental of our operating philosophy.

Mr. Potter received his California General Contracting License in 1981. License Number: 408893, B – 1 and C-8. Mr. Potter has acted as the builder/developer for most of the partnership projects.

CONSULTING

TIGRE INVESTMENT COMPANY, LLC is also available on a consulting basis for assistance with problems and questions presented by the construction, business and real estate marketplace.
